**Position Type: Part Time**

**Pay Rate: $17.22 / Hour**

Mon07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Sun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

**What You'll Do:**

+ Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and site personnel by carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.

+ Screen employees, visitors, packages, and/or belongings entering and leaving the location in accordance with post procedures and client-directed protocols.

+ Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related events through required reports and logs.

+ Monitor entry points, verify identification and/or shipping-related credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas within the facility.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, damaged barriers, and other conditions that may require a security-related response.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ X-Ray screening experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
