Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor entry points, manage badges and visitor access, and support security-related operations with professionalism and care. **Position Type: Part Time**

**Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour**

Sat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

**What You'll Do:**

+ Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.

+ Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas within the financial institution location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and reporting observations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting unusual activity, unsecured doors, and other security-related issues as conditions at the location may vary.

+ Support front lobby and reception area operations as assigned by assisting with visitor processing, maintaining access logs, and communicating clearly with staff regarding security-related procedures and access requests.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
