****This role is remote only to the state of Indiana****

**Managed Health Services (MHS) of Indiana,** a Centene company, is a managed care entity that has been proudly serving the state of Indiana for 30 years through the Hoosier Healthwise and Hoosier Care Connect Medicaid programs; and the Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP) Medicaid alternative program. MHS also offers Ambetter Health in the Indiana health insurance marketplace, and Wellcare By Allwell, a Medicare Advantage plan. **Position Purpose:** With the Indiana MHS Marketing and Communications team, you will lead the creation and management of provider and member communication journeys. This includes guiding cross‑functional workgroups to design, deliver, and continuously enhance communication experiences across all modalities.

+ Provider and Member Communication Journey Creation and Management – Lead cross functional workgroups to design, deliver, and continuously improve the provider and member communication journey across various modalities.

+ Cross-Enterprise Member Communication Management – Coordinate all member communication channels, teams, and vendors to ensure a streamlined experience and reduce abrasion. This will involve coordination with health plan teams, corporate teams (Ex: quality and communications), and vendor (local and national) teams to align the full member experience across our SMS text, email, print, and POM campaigns.

+ SharePoint Technical Support for the MHS Document Library – individual will monitor and update the document library approval infrastructure ensuring documents are routing to approvers correctly and updating the logic for approval routing when approvers transition.

+ Vendor Business Owner – Business owner for a local Indiana marketing vendor who provides content, design, and video services to the health plan. Ensure alignment on project scope, delivery, TAT, and quality.

+ MHS Serves and Centene Foundation Marketing & Communications Support – High visibility to leadership and external public relations required in developing these communication campaigns; knowledge and experience to make appropriate business decisions without heavy leadership oversight.

+ Community Stakeholder Meeting Management.

+ Member Story Collection, Follow Through, and Overall Management.

**Preferred Skills:**

Microsoft Planner, Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe Design

Strong organizational and project management skills

Marketing experience

SharePoint design experience

**Education/Experience:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred. **5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience.** Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred.

Pay Range: $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
