**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

+ 8 years of experience within the industry including data centers, oil and gas, semi conductors or hospitals.

+ 8 years of experience with electrical, mechanical, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, networking/fiber, server equipment, systems, and infrastructure.

+ 5 years of experience with construction management.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ 8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.

+ 8 years of experience with data center equipment/environments, including electrical switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems and fire safety systems, with an understanding of start up/commissioning processes.

+ 7 years of experience with data center construction.

**About the job**

As a Program Manager, you have demonstrated experience with data center design, development, construction and commissioning projects. You will provide management of large-scale data centers, computer farms, networking, AC and DC power distribution/conversion, and cooling methods at multiple scales. You will be tasked with managing and coordinating the desires and needs of multiple partner teams, while managing changes and maintaining a focus on keeping the project on schedule and budget. You will have experience managing large-scale technical projects in a changing industry, ability to grow in ambiguity and demonstrated problem-solving leadership with limited oversight. You should be able to conceptualize and describe the delivery of a data center facility from start to commissioning and understand the nuances and risks that you and your team will need to manage.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$274,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities**

+ Manage data center projects from inception through to completion.

+ Support special research and development experiments, renovations, and upgrades of existing facility.

+ Be responsible for gathering internal requirements and delivering solutions that satisfy customer needs.

+ Maintain responsibility from construction to deployment.

+ Resolve critical issues within the organization while maintaining adherence to project timelines and costs.
