**A Day in the Life**

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

+ Designs, implements, and executes human resources strategies for the Humacao manufacturing site(s) and functional groups.

+ Lead organizational transformation initiatives and partner with the site leadership team to elevate the performance culture. Advise leaders in the design and implementation of new organization structures to enable improved organizational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

+ Identify and plan for future talent needs. Strengthen and support strategic workforce planning, succession planning and talent readiness.

+ Responsible for and/or serves as a HR liaison in key projects.

+ Partners with businesses to develop and/or administer human resources initiatives covering several of the following areas: organizational design, development and change, leadership development, talent management, workplace laws and regulations, workforce planning, communications, employee relations and policies/legal requirements.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience

**Nice to Have**

+ Excellent Interpersonal Skills

+ Excellent Communication/Presentation Skills

+ Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or electronic industry
