The EA-37B Compass Call Program Manager manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes programs in the development, integration, test and evaluation phases. These responsibilities go hand-in-hand with driving to achieve our financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives. The successful candidate will lead by example, foster an inclusive and collaborative culture, and maintain our unwavering commitment to ethical behavior, safety and security.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Bachelors Degree with 8 years of experience.
+ Proven program management experience with development programs.
+ Excellent documentation and task management skills.
+ Interpersonal skills for coordination and relationship development with customers, suppliers, industry partners, and cross-functional teams.
+ Experience executing programs using earned value management techniques and metrics
+ Proposal management skills and experience.
+ Time management and prioritization skills.
+ Written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders and customers.
+ Strong business acumen.
+ Cost Account Management.
+ Active Secret clearance with TS/SCI/SAP eligibility.
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
+ Experience managing complex subcontracts.
+ Active SCI/SAP clearances.
+ Prior experience in engineering, especially for complex system integration.
+ Experience leading programs as a program manager in all phases of the product life cycle (development, production, sustainment).
+ Agile development experience.
+ Capture leadership experience.
+ Data & process oriented.
+ Financial management & planning experience.
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $132962 - $226035
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
