**Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour**

3+ Years' Combined Law Enforcement/Corrections/Military OR 5+ Years Armed Security Experience (C158)

Thur04:00 PM - 10:30 PM

**What You'll Do:**

+ Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, assigned post orders, and/or emergency response activities at the location.

+ Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and notifying appropriate personnel as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, exterior areas, parking lots, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy violations.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support loss prevention efforts, observe customer and employee activity, and/or report suspicious behavior.

+ Assist with de-escalation of disruptive situations, help maintain orderly conditions during busy periods, and/or support emergency personnel during alarms, medical events, or evacuations.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Must have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, corrections, and/or military experience, or at least 5 years of armed security-related experience.

+ Must be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ A Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas only.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
