As a Senior in Technology Analysis, you will be instrumental in connecting business needs with technical solutions. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating business models, eliciting requirements, and ensuring the technical teams deliver solutions that are in perfect harmony with business objectives.
Your key responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch business analysis and system configuration. Your day-to-day will involve:

+ On your typical engagement, you will work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. You will initiate the requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution. Liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
+ Analytical prowess and decision-making based on a broad understanding of policies
+ Ability to guide and develop junior team members
+ Proven track record of complex problem-solving and relationship management
To qualify for the role, you must have
+ A bachelor’s degree
+ 2 to 4 years of relevant experience working with SAP ERP based systems. At least one full implementation cycle focusing on SAP Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, GL, and/or other accounting/finance related modules is a must
+ Working knowledge of SAP FICO applications
+ Prior System Configuration experience with SAP Accounts Payable including invoice processing, payments and month-end processes
+ Knowledge of SAP accounting and finance functionality and reporting capabilities
+ Experience communicating functional requirements to development resources through functional specifications
+ Proficiency in relevant configurations to provision Automatic Payment Program for different Payment Methods
+ Understanding of integration with SAP SD, GL, and AP Payment Program and/or in-depth understanding of invoicing process including EDI, ERS & OCR
+ Experience collaborating with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
+ Experience in executing system testing and validation to ensure meeting business requirements
+ Good exposure in drafting documentation related to workshop decks, business blueprints, configuration document, test scripts & functional specifications
+ Understanding of cross-functional integration of accounting and finance processes with other SAP modules (e.g., Procurement, Transportation Management, Sales, Treasury, etc.)
+ Conceptual understanding of Withholding Tax w.r.t Vendors
+ Building and managing relationships
+ Complex problem-solving
+ Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
+ Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies
+ A willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%
Ideally, you’ll also have
+ Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience
+ Prior System Configuration experience with SAP AR module including, customer Business Partner master data definition, down-payment and invoice processing, manual and automatic cash application, dunning, and customer correspondence. Knowledge of lockbox processing logic and bank statement configuration
+ System configuration experience in SAP Accounts Payable including Business Partner Vendor, Customer Vendor Integration, Bank Account Management, Payment Medium Workbench, DMEEX, Bank Integration & Payment Methods
+ SAP Certification/s preferred:
+ C_TS4FI_2023 SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, Financial Accounting
+ Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of your core module
+ Additional qualifications that complement the role
+ Additional SAP Finance certifications
+ Prior industry experience in Accounts Payable/Sourcing department

+ We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $101,500 to $186,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $121,700 to $211,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
+ Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
