You Are

We are seeking a transformative leader to build and scale our global "LearnVantage" practice—Google Cloud's premier center of excellence for learning and enablement. This executive role is founded on the principle that true digital transformation is powered by human capability.

The Work

You will be responsible for creating the engine that empowers our customers, partners, and internal teams with the deep skills and strategic vision required to harness the full potential of Google Cloud's Data, AI, and agentic technologies. Your mission is to build a world-class learning organization that not only teaches technology but also instills the mindset and methodology of innovation, creating a global community of experts who can lead the next wave of digital change.

Key Responsibilities

+ Strategic Vision and Practice Development: You will be the founder and global leader of the LearnVantage practice. You will architect the comprehensive vision, strategy, and operating model for how Google Cloud approaches technical education and enablement. This includes defining our curriculum philosophy, creating tiered certification paths that become the industry standard, and building a scalable global organization that can deliver world-class learning experiences to millions of individuals, from C-level executives to hands-on developers.

+ Curriculum and Content Innovation: You will oversee a content-creation powerhouse, responsible for developing the most advanced and effective learning materials in the industry. Your teams will build a rich portfolio of content—spanning immersive labs, role-based learning paths, executive workshops, and generative AI-powered educational tools—all focused on the practical application of Google's Data, AI, and agentic services. You will ensure our curriculum remains at the cutting edge, evolving as fast as our technology does, and preparing learners for the real-world challenges of digital transformation.

+ Audience Enablement and Go-to-Market: You will lead a multi-faceted enablement strategy targeting our three most critical audiences. For customers, you will create programs that accelerate their adoption of Google Cloud and build self-sufficiency. For partners, you will deliver elite training that ensures our ecosystem has the deep expertise required to drive customer success at scale. For our internal teams, you will foster a culture of continuous learning that keeps them ahead of the market. You will also own the go-to-market strategy for our learning offerings, packaging enablement into large transformation deals and proving the direct correlation between learning and business value.

+ Thought Leadership and Community Building: As the public face of Google Cloud's commitment to education, you will be a prominent thought leader and evangelist. You will represent Google at industry and academic events, build strategic relationships with universities and learning platforms, and foster a vibrant global community of certified Google Cloud professionals. You will champion the critical role of continuous learning in the AI era, establishing the LearnVantage practice as the definitive source for cloud expertise.

+ Business Acumen and Operational Excellence: You will run the LearnVantage practice as a strategic business unit within Google Cloud. This requires strong operational rigor, including managing a global budget, defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) that link learning activities to business outcomes (e.g., product consumption, certification growth, customer satisfaction), and building a data-driven organization that constantly measures its impact and optimizes its approach for maximum effectiveness.
