**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our CT Technologist, you will utilize your expertise to capture precise diagnostic images, enabling our Radiologists to accurately diagnose and/or rule out diverse medical conditions.
Every day, you will adeptly create detailed cross-sectional images of the skeleton, tissues, and internal organs. Your compassionate interaction and skill in patient care will be crucial, as you play a significant role in fostering a positive and comforting patient experience throughout the imaging process.
To be successful in this role, you will deeply understand the critical importance of diagnostic imaging. This includes a comprehensive knowledge of general imaging workflow, various patient positioning techniques, and the ability to consistently capture clear results essential for timely and accurate diagnoses that guide effective patient care.
+ Performs CT exams on patients according to the specific departmental procedure protocols under the direction of the Medical Director.
+ Prepares equipment ensuring that equipment is operational, safe and functioning according to diagnostic standards
+ Problem‐solves equipment failure and imaging quality and contacts service representative or CES regarding equipment problems
+ Ensures that daily equipment and room maintenance are performed during/ after each procedure, and that special precautions and measures are performed to ensure infection control standards.
+ Completes all quality checks and Ensures that equipment logs are maintained
+ Completes all clinical supply inventories, ensuring that each diagnostic room is complete with the necessary supplies required to perform the procedure
**Job Requirements**
Required
+ High School Graduate General Studies, upon hire or
+ High School GED General Studies, upon hire and
+ Medical Radiographer: TX, upon hire and
+ Basic Life Support - CPR, within 14 - days and
+ Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT, upon hire and
+ Registered Technologist Computed Tomography, within 9 - months
Preferred
+ Associates Other, upon hire and
+ One (1) year of experience as a radiographer or
+ one (1) year of radiography clinical rotation experience in a healthcare setting

**Pay Range**
$36.51 - $54.31 /hour
