Computer Science Intern

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Computer Science Intern to work 20 hrs/week on site in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Individuals must be a U.S. Citizen with an active US Security Clearance or must be eligible to obtain a US Security Clearance.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to** :

+ *Work on innovative projects that offer great technical challenges

+ *Collaborate with colleagues on guided projects that can directly impact contracts

+ *Support Computer Science and/or Computer Engineering solutions within an agile team

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ U.S. Citizen with an active Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain a US Security Clearance

+ Current full-time student pursuing a BS in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems or related major with a graduation date no earlier than December 2026

+ Coursework related and/or prior internship related to computer science or computer engineering

+ Work and collaborate within an agile team as well as with the other interns

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Preferred Qualifications** :

+ Prior research or studies in Indo-Pacific topics

+ A passion for low-level / embedded Computer Science

+ Working knowledge of software development and DEVSECOPS tools

**Clearance Requirements:**

+ Individuals must be a U.S. Citizen and either hold an active US Security Clearance or must be eligible to obtain a US Security Clearance.

**Physical Requirements:**

+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80%
