The Advance Group has partnered with a packaging facility in need of Assembly workers in Holland, OH for 1st shift. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with hand tools and have high attention to detail.

Responsibilities for Assembly:

Operating a staple gun to staple corrugated and foam pieces into boxes
Measure and cut foam materials
Use of nail gun to build custom packaging
Operating a glue gun and assembling corrugated materials
Packaging and inspecting final products

Compensation for Assembly:

Starting pay is $15/hr.

Hours for Assembly:

The hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Saturdays as needed

Requirements for Assembly candidates:

Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to read a ruler
Able to stand and bend for 8 hours
Prior general labor or assembly experience
Comfortable learning to use the glue and staple guns
Ability to work independently and in a small team environment
