**Job Description**
BAE Systems is looking for a highly qualified **Program Manager** with acquisitions and ICBM weapon system experience to join our team for an exciting opportunity to support acquisition of the MMIII Stage One Battery Replacement program.
This Program Manager will be supporting the Propulsion Branch, acting as a people manager and will directly support Government Program Managers.
The ICBM System Program Office must ensure a safe, secure and reliable MMIII weapon system as required by the war fighter (Air Force Global Strike Command).
Location: Fully onsite, 5 days a week, at Hill Air Force Base.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Typically a Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years experience or equivalent experience.
+ Must hold an active Secret clearance or higher.
+ Strong communication and management skills, with the ability to lead an acquisition program.
+ Working knowledge of common program management tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and Project.
+ Thorough knowledge of the MM III weapon system, as well as its maintenance and logistics frameworks.

**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $106654 - $181311
