Systems Engineer (Expert)

A typical day would involve authentication issues, testing and deploying vendor software, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate MFA with various applications and services, performing regular security audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement, developing and maintaining documentation and guides for MFA-related processes and procedures.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

We are actively seeking Systems Engineers with a minimum of 11 years' experience. Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or computer engineering. Specific skills should include the following:

Required:

+ Experience with engineering, deploying, and supporting multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions

+ Experience with windows server versions (E.G. 2016, 2019, 2022)

+ Knowledge of Active Directory, including domain trusts and authentication protocols (E.G. Kerberos, LDAP)

+ Experience with Windows Group Policy and configuration management

+ Experience with Windows security features, such as Windows Defender and firewall configuration

+ Experience with Linux servers/environments, including common distributions (E.G. RHAL, CentOS, Ubuntu) and authentication mechanisms (e.g. PAM, SSSD)

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Experience with/knowledge of RSA MFA implementations

+ Experience with/knowledge of Secure Token Services (STS)

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
