We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineers with expertise in DevOps to join our technology-based program supporting a key Government customer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engineering and automating our customer s in support of this customer s mission, ensuring the smooth operation of all systems within the virtual environment (Nutanix, VMs,) to optimize performance, scalability and automation.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

We are actively seeking Systems Engineers with a minimum of 11 years' experience. Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or computer engineering. Specific skills may include the following:

Required Skillsets:

+ 11 years' experience in systems design and engineering

+ Ability to troubleshoot cloud (AWS) implementation issues.

+ Solve software (Linux) issues and software development.

+ Proven success working as a DEVOPs systems engineer and technical admin.

+ Agile Methodology and continuous improvement mindset

+ GitHub experience and other source control systems

+ Strict adherence to security standards and organizational requirements

+ Willingness to mentor and train other engineers as well as seek to continually improve processes.

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Hands-on experience working within AWS/Azure/cloud environments

+ Hands-on experience developing with Python

+ Hands-on experience developing with Ansible

+ Hands-on experience developing with Opentext NNMi

+ Hands-on experience developing with Cisco NSO

+ Strong DevOps focus and experience building and deploying infrastructure with cloud

+ Deployment technologies like Ansible, Chet, Puppet, etc.

+ Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks

+ Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies

+ Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
