**Position Type: Part Time**

**Pay Rate: $18.39 / Hour**

**Day** **Time**

Tue02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Thur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

**What You'll Do:**

+ Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and/or emergency response activities for a commercial real estate location.

+ Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating with building staff as needed.

+ Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues through proper reporting channels.

+ Answer phones, assist with directional support, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence and consistent application of security-related procedures.

+ Complete required documentation, incident reports, and/or daily activity logs related to front desk operations and building access activity.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
