Senior Subcontracts Manager

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-driven **Senior Subcontracts Manager** to join our team in **Oahu, Hawaii** .

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Plans and directs the work of subcontracting departments and monitors the status of open subcontracts to ensure timely delivery.

+ Implement organizational policies for subcontractor evaluation and negotiate complex terms for the acquisition of mission-critical materials.

+ Supervise the preparation of procurement reports and ensure that all purchasing activities adhere to federal safety and quality standards.

+ Manages the execution of subcontract expediting and procurement tasks for special operations facilities within the Pacific AOR.

+ Evaluate regional procurement status reports to prioritize resource allocation and ensure infrastructure reliability for high-impact mission sets.

+ Lead the coordination of local vendors and logistics teams to resolve performance issues affecting theater operations.

+ Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field.

+ 12+ years of position-relevant experience.

+ Experience in quality gate oversight and developing technical subcontracting protocols.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or a related field.

+ Experience with Navy Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) or USACE procurement.

+ Knowledge of MIL-STD delivery and security protocols.

**Clearance Requirement:**

+ Must hold an active Secret clearance

**Physical Requirements:**

+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

+ Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
