Senior Knowledge Manager

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-driven **Senior Knowledge Manager** to join our team in **Oahu, Hawaii** .

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Leads the implementation of the Knowledge Management strategy and coordinates the maintenance of information repositories across multi-functional departments.

+ Validate the integrity of shared data and authorize KM process updates to maintain organizational alignment.

+ Monitor KM performance metrics and lead internal teams in achieving complex information-sharing goals.

+ Will execute strategic KM oversight for logistics and sustainment operations across the Indo-Pacific theater.

+ Validate the accuracy of theater-specific data repositories and lead internal assessments to ensure alignment with theater-level reporting standards.

+ Coordinate with mission partners to proactively identify and resolve information bottlenecks before they impact regional mission readiness.

+ Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ BA/BS degree in Business, Management, Information Science, or a related field.

+ 12+ years of position relevant experience.

+ Experience in formal KM oversight and acting as a functional lead for information sharing.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ CKM or PMP certification.

+ Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or other enterprise collaboration tools in a DoD environment.

+ Knowledge of USSOCOM operational data standards.

**Clearance Requirement:**

+ Must hold an active Top Secret clearance

**Physical Requirements:**

+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

+ Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
