**MANTECH** seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Joint Operations Planning Team Analysts to join our team in **Oahu, Hawaii.**
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Approves and monitors comprehensive studies regarding systems analysis and procedural design for operational efficiency.
+ Coordinates the development of Technical Reports and procedures manuals to simplify complex management tasks.
+ Authorize the collection and interpretation of data for supply chain and logistics network optimization.
+ Oversees the execution of JOPT-specific training sessions and wargaming events for multinational partners within the theater.
+ Coordinate the preparation of technical training documentation and manuals required for demonstrations and exercises.
+ Validate the accuracy of data used in training platforms to foster information sharing and enhance decision-making across the command.
+ Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

**Minimum Qualifications:**
**Senior Level**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education)
+ Professional-level certification in joint operational planning or instructional design.
**Midlevel**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
+ Foundational proficiency in Joint Operational Planning Toolkit or similar planning tools.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 12+ years of position-relevant experience.
+ Experience working in a theater-level training or exercise cell.
+ Proficiency in data visualization and knowledge management tool
**Clearance Required:**
+ Must hold an active Secret Clearance
**Physical Requirements:**
+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
+ Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
