Facility Security Officer

**MANTECH** seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented **Facility Security Officer Manager** to join our team in **Oahu Hawaii.**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Directs an organization's security functions, including physical security, Facility Security Officer (FSO) responsibilities, and safety of employees and facilities.

+ Serve as the final Technical Authority for the establishment and enforcement of security policies across multiple program sites.

+ Authorize security protocols and validate compliance with national industrial security standards and National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) requirements.

+ Provides high-level programmatic security oversight for the logistics and sustainment mission.

+ Authorize the Program Security Plan and coordinate with Government leadership to ensure full compliance with mission-specific security requirements.

+ Approve security analysis, plans, and studies required to support multinational Mission Partners.

+ Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).

+ Expert-level professional security designations.

+ Experience in formal document approval and acting as the Functional Lead for program security deliverables.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Master's degree in a related field, PMP certification, and extensive experience with USSOCOM programmatic security requirements

**Clearance Required:**

+ Must hold an active Secret Clearance

**Physical Requirements:**

+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

+ Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
