**Team Overview:** As a valued member of our Learning and Development (L&D) team, you will play a dynamic role encompassing various responsibilities, maintaining a structured approach to your tasks. Your role may involve facilitating training sessions for new hires, creating engaging training content for the organization, or redefining existing processes and procedures. Be prepared for flexibility, as business needs may alter your assignments on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. It’s crucial to balance immediate problem-solving with a strategic perspective, ensuring alignment with team goals and efficient task completion.

A high-performing L&D Team is characterized by:

+ Clearly defined goals, with L&D members assigned based on skill and performance, fostering goal execution and completion.

+ Well-established processes for designing and developing training materials.

+ Internal metrics tracking for continuous improvement in team effectiveness.

+ Team comradery, participation in engagement events, and strong peer relationships.

Your role involves efficiently designing, developing, and innovating content, crafting training programs and job aids that significantly contribute to staff learning and progression. Regularly reporting performance metrics and making continuous improvements as guided by management are integral aspects of your responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Provide accurate training counts for all training activities within one hour of start time, covering aspects like attendance, status, and participation.

+ Develop and manage a Graduation Workbook for all new hire classes, including daily recaps, participant details, and performance metrics.

+ Administer training via the Learning Management System (Proponisi), ensuring completion of assigned content to new hires before graduation.

+ Manage class rosters, conduct attendance reach-outs, handle termination requests, and oversee medical/pandemic intake forms.

+ Implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for various issues such as attendance, professionalism, and adherence to systems.

+ Stay updated and responsive to L&D email content, focusing on critical memos and directives.

+ Utilize L&D's training delivery templates and tools effectively, including team calendars, live course outlines, and operational FAQs.

+ Oversee training room presentation and equipment upkeep.

+ Collaborate with the Operations team during peak workloads or special requests.

+ Attend calibration sessions to evaluate program quality and service delivery, providing and receiving constructive feedback.

In addition, your role involves designing, developing, and innovating various training programs for Customer Service Representatives, partnering with clients/managers to maintain service quality and current procedural information.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated pay for this role is $14.50 - $16.00 per hour.
