Field Service Technician II - Gas Meter

As a **Gas Meter Field Service Technician** II here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing expert field service support for gas meter installations and maintenance. Your role is crucial in ensuring the reliability and accuracy of gas metering systems, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you’ll work out of our Greer, SC location.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency of gas metering operations, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality service and support. Your technical expertise will help maintain the integrity of gas measurement systems, which is vital for both safety and compliance.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Install, maintain, and repair gas metering systems at customer locations.

+ Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of gas meters to ensure optimal performance.

+ Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding gas metering equipment.

**YOU MUST HAVE**

+ Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in field service related to gas metering systems.

+ Strong technical knowledge and expertise in gas metering technologies.

+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to gas meters.

+ Experience with relevant tools and technologies used in gas metering installations and maintenance.

+ Experience in a field service role within the gas utility sector.
