Our client, EPC global leader, is seeking a Timekeeper to support the on-site payroll department. They are responsible for the daily reconciliation of timecards, monitoring clock alleys, recording call-ins, and managing infraction databases for craft hourly and subcontract employees. The role requires about 3 years of related experience and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Timecard Reconciliation: Reconcile daily timecards, verify hours worked, and track overtime, absences, and call-ins.

Clock Alley Monitoring: Oversee employee clocking areas to ensure proper badge usage and prevent buddy-punching.

HR Coordination: Coordinate data entry for new hires, rehires, terminations, and rate changes between on-site HR and Payroll.

Reporting: Update infraction databases, analyze reports, and issue required daily reports to site management.

Basic Requirements

Experience: Typically requires a combination of education and directly related experience equal to 3 years.

Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with standard timekeeping software, badge/biometric systems, and accounting software.

Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills to interact effectively with management, craft workers, and vendors.
