Senior Maintenance Coordinator

As the Senior Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible and accountable to provide expertise associated with plant equipment and machinery, modification, troubleshooting, improvement as well as overall maintenance and upkeep. You will serve as the execution focal for the operations teams and support and lead a team of maintenance technicians, contractors, and other technical professionals to effectively execute the corrective and preventive maintenance programs for the facility on all shifts.

**Job Description**

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

+ Ensure that the equipment and machinery are maintained in a manner that supports production needs

+ Apply analytic tools and machine data to improve overall equipment/machinery health and availability to support delivery while maintaining safety and quality as a foundation

+ Work with the training coordinator to identify training opportunities to better align the GE and contract maintenance staff with information to improve machine availability

+ Partner with the Integrated Facility Maintenance Manager to maintain an effective operating unit consisting of both GE and contract maintenance.

+ Responsible for deployment of maintenance and contract personnel to meet business priorities

+ Liaison between maintenance and operation focal

+ Actively supports EHS policies including electrical safety, NFPA 70e, LOTO, hot work, confined space, PPE, OSHA compliance, and MOC activities.

+ Provide guidance and feedback on optimizing and administering the PM program, job plans, and procedures

+ Effectively coach the team on the application of Flight Deck fundamentals

**Required Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical field)

+ At least an additional 5 years of experience in a technical field

**Desired Characteristics:**

+ Minimum 3 years of leading teams with direct reports in an electro-mechanical field

+ Minimum 5 years of practical hands-on experience in maintaining PLC controlled equipment

+ Applied work experience in an industrial setting utilizing a CMMS

+ Abilitytoworkina fast-paced, dynamicenvironmentwithstrongproblem-solving skills and the ability to think clearly under pressure

+ Experience with complex systems (PLC's, vision systems, robotics, lasers, etc.)

+ Advanced CNC machining centers and associated tooling and fixtures experience

+ Formal Education in Industrial Electronics and CNC, PLC electronic troubleshooting experience.

+ Experience reading and interpreting complex mechanical drawings, schematics, instruction manuals, diagrams and N/C and PLC (ladder) programs
