BAE Systems is seeking a Junior Project Manager to drive the successful execution of C4ISR system initiatives. This role is responsible for the strategic alignment of technical resources and stakeholder expectations, providing the leadership necessary to navigate project lifecycles and deliver high-performance capabilities to our customers.

+ Perform tasks across the Project Management processes of initiating, organizing, integrating, planning, managing & controlling, developing and completing projects or programs

+ Track progress and ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical and/or new business performance objectives

+ Manage, coordinate, plan, organize, control, integrate, and execute a project or collection of projects

+ May support new business development activities and participate in developing strategic and financial plans for assigned business area

+ Exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties set forth

+ Utilize soft skills of communication, effective leadership, and ability to manage many situations simultaneously. Interaction with multiple functions and personnel, across Engineering, Operations, Contracts, Finance, as well as customers (internal/external)

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Bachelor's Degree and work experience within project management, logistics, or similar

+ Experience with business financials

+ Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of products

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $105827 - $179906

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
