With a growing patient demand, excellent patient care, and providers' quality of work/life balance taking center stage, Dignity Health Medical Group-Sierra Nevada (Grass Valley, CA) seeks bring Primary Care providers (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to the group who are open to the following:

+ Offering excellent IM or FM care to adult patients, with an emphasis on managing those who are medically complex

+ Utilizing a strong referral base with easy access to specialists

+ Partnering with highly trained, competent and caring support staff

**Compensation and Benefits**

**Compensation Details:**

+ Salary Guarantee: **$275,000 - $300,000 / Year**

+ **Uncapped Productivity** Incentive

+ Up to **$20,000 Relocation** Incentive

+ Up to **$15,000/year Quality Incentive**

+ **PLUS** **Signing Incentive** of either:

+ up to **$125,000** **Sign-On Bonus** OR

+ up to $ **85,000** **Sign-On Bonus** AND up to **$100,000** **Student Loan Repayment**

+ **Group-paid medical and dental insurance option** (including group contribution to HSA account) or “buy-up” plans available

+ **8 weeks** time off per year

+ **Company 401k matching program - 50% match of up to 6%**

+ **Additional retirement contribution** of up to **3-8% of salary** (based on age range)

+ **CME** **Reimbursement** , **paid Malpractice** , and **reimbursement for licensure** renewal fees

**Job Requirements**

+ A valid and unrestricted California medical license (or ability to obtain)

+ Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)

+ Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
