**How you’ll make an impact in this role**

+ Manage the organization’s telecommunications hub to ensure every internal and external caller is connected swiftly and accurately to the care or information they need.

+ Coordinate emergency response communications by broadcasting codes, alerts, and disaster protocols, serving as a vital link in maintaining hospital-wide safety.

+ Facilitate immediate connections for medical teams using paging and beeper systems to ensure life-saving "code teams" reach their destinations without delay.

+ Maintain real-time digital directories and on-call schedules to ensure the right provider is reachable at the right time, every time.

+ Serve as the professional voice of the organization, providing clear and empathetic guidance to patients and families navigating the healthcare system.

**What minimum requirements you’ll need**

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

+ Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

**What additional preferences we're seeking**

+ 20 hours per week | 2-10pm with alternating weekends and holidays
