Site Integrated Planner

CTG’s long-standing Fortune 500 client is seeking a Site Integrated Planner for a contract assignment. This role is ideal for a supply chain professional with strong production planning, materials management, and distribution planning experience in a manufacturing environment.

**Pay Rate:** Based on experience

**Work Hours:** M-F 8am-5pm

**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field — or equivalent experience

**Role Overview**

The Site Integrated Planner is responsible for integrating **Production Planning (PP), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP)** to develop an optimized, executable supply plan. This role ensures alignment between customer demand, inventory targets, material availability, and production capacity to support high service levels and efficient operations.

**Production Planning (PP)**

+ Develop and maintain a 13-week rolling, SKU-level production plan

+ Balance demand, capacity, inventory, and material availability

+ Manage production planning parameters (lot sizes, yields, safety stock)

+ Integrate new product introductions into production schedules

+ Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, finance, and planning teams

**Material Requirements Planning (MRP)**

+ Generate material requirements and manage purchase requisitions/POs

+ Maintain accurate BOMs and planning parameters (lead times, MOQ, safety stock)

+ Identify and resolve material shortages or excess inventory risks

+ Partner with procurement and suppliers to ensure material availability

**Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP)**

+ Develop and maintain replenishment plans across distribution locations

+ Balance inventory across the network to reduce stockouts and excess

+ Manage stock transfer orders (STOs) and shipment execution

+ Monitor in-transit and on-hand inventory across all nodes

**Analysis & Reporting**

+ Analyze 13-week supply plans for risks, gaps, and bottlenecks

+ Track KPIs including OTIF, service levels, MPS adherence, and inventory targets

+ Perform root cause analysis and support corrective actions

**Systems & Continuous Improvement**

+ Use ERP/MRP systems for planning, analysis, and execution

+ Support process improvements, automation, and digital planning initiatives

+ Contribute to SIOP / integrated planning processes

**Required Skills & Experience**

+ 2+ years in production planning, supply planning, or materials planning

+ Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP or similar preferred)

+ Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills

+ Knowledge of supply chain planning concepts (capacity, inventory, demand)

+ Experience working cross-functionally in manufacturing environments

+ Strong communication, attention to detail, and ownership mindset
