Speech Language Pathologist

**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Speech Language Pathologist, you will be a vital clinician, expertly assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders to significantly improve patient quality of life.

Every day, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations for all referred patients, meticulously implementing individualized treatment plans. You'll contribute clinical expertise to develop/upgrade treatment programs/protocols, and actively shape departmental and organizational goals.

To be successful in this role, you will possess advanced clinical knowledge, exceptional diagnostic/therapeutic skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

+ Meets or exceeds the productivity standard on an individual basis.

+ Meets or exceeds the productivity standard at the department level.

+ Completes documentation of treatment minutes and enters electronic charges accurately and timely.

+ Growth and community

+ Participates in continuing education and develops advanced skills that enhance and align with department, clinical and business development.

+ Participates on internal/external task force, committee or board appropriate to diagnostic program per manager approval.

**Job Requirements**

Required

+ Graduate of an accredited Speech/Language Pathology program or related field and Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting, upon hire and

+ Speech Language Pathologist: AZ, upon hire and

+ American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire

Preferred

+ Masters Other Speech Language Pathology and 2 years progressive experience in clinical area, performing patient clinical care, upon hire or

+ Doctorate Of Science Speech Language Pathology and 2 years progressive experience in clinicalarea, performing patient clinical care, upon hire

+ Acute care hospital experience

+ Prefer MBS and FEES experience
