Machine Setup Operator-Level 1

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing process by accurately setting up machines, troubleshooting minor issues, and supporting continuous production flow.

+ Set up and adjust machinery and equipment to meet production specifications and quality standards.

+ Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure machine performance and product consistency.

+ Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly.

+ Maintain accurate records of machine setups, adjustments, and production outputs.

+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

+ Experience in machine setup and operation within a manufacturing environment.

+ Strong knowledge of machine tools and equipment, including the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

+ Proficiency in performing quality inspections and using measurement tools to ensure product accuracy.

+ Familiarity with safety standards and the ability to maintain a safe working environment.

+ Basic troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve machine issues efficiently.
