**How you’ll make an impact in this role**

+ Design individualized care plans by assessing patient needs and diagnoses to ensure every breath supports their specific recovery journey.

+ Drive clinical excellence through the implementation and monitoring of advanced respiratory modalities, adjusting treatments in real-time based on patient response.

+ Empower patients and families by translating complex clinical conditions into clear, actionable education that supports long-term health and community connection.

+ Lead life-saving interventions as a core member of the emergency resuscitation team, providing calm and expert care during high-stakes situations.

+ Maintain a high-readiness environment by overseeing equipment integrity and supply chains, ensuring the tools your team needs are always safe, sterile, and available.

**What minimum requirements you’ll need**

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

+ Respiratory Care Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

+ Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

+ Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

+ Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) preferred.

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

**What additional preferences we're seeking**

Registry in Respiratory Therapy (RRT) preferred. 3 years adult critical care experience preferred. Arterial line and intubation competence preferred. Must be willing to train in placement of advanced lines (ie arterial, mid-line /PICC) insertions needed
