You'll champion Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects, and you'll identify and implement cost reduction, quality, safety, and ergonomic improvements. Job Responsibilities:
+ Use accepted industrial engineering and accounting principles to develop, implement, and maintain total manufacturing standards.
+ Utilize continuous improvement methodologies to assist operations in meeting strategic objectives.
+ Lead Kaizen events and projects to support company goals and objectives
+ Enact quality control procedures to resolve productivity flow problems or minimize cost.
+ Drive sustained improvements through the utilization of Continuous Improvement techniques: process flows, operating procedures, and work instructions.
+ Assist in determining optimal shop floor layouts, product flow strategies, assembly methods, ergonomics, material handling, etc.
+ Perform time and motion studies to develop standards for labor utilizationon.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ BS in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Engineering or related discipline with 2-3 years experience in manufacturing
+ Ability to work collaboratively across departmental lines
+ Highly organized and proficient in project management
+ Proven ability to motivate and influence teammates to drive organizational change
+ Excellent problem solving and time management skills
+ Strong written and oral communication skills, including presenting to leadership
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ BS in Industrial Engineering or related discipline with 4-5 years experience in manufacturing, or in absence of degree 8 years experience.
+ Experience with LEAN practices and projects utilizing the following LEAN tools
+ VSM
+ 6S
+ Problem Solving
+ 8 Waste
+ Experience utilizing project management tools (KPI fire or similar).ar).
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $96623 - $164259
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
