In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems, you ll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions.
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. This role is to function as technical support to Operations at Fort Wayne production facility at 4250 Airport Expressway.
Technicians will function as a first line of defense in supporting and investigating production issues encountered by the Operations team. Technicians will operate as a liaison between Operations and Engineering. Technicians will be supported by SMEs from the Engineering team as needed. Production issues will be primarily electrical in nature, but some mechanical support may be required at times.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret clearance within one year of start date
+ Minimum 5 years technical experience working with electronics
+ Experience reading schematics, CCA assembly drawings, BOMs
+ Experience troubleshooting electrical circuits
+ Experience with fine-pitch SMT soldering, and inspection per JSTD
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Active Secret clearance
+ Electrical design experience
+ Technical degree relevant to electrical engineering
+ Ability to work both autonomously and also within a team atmosphere
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $65970 - $105570

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
