**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Software Developer** to join our team in **Fort Belvoir, VA.** This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in our Fort Belvoir, VA office with occasional travel to the Pentagon. Please note that work arrangements are subject to change based on government mandates and may transition to full-time in-office at the Pentagon.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Collaborating with management, departments, and customers to identify end user requirements and specifications.
+ Designing algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems and producing efficient and elegant code based on requirements.
+ Testing and deploying programs and applications, and troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining, and improving existing software.
+ Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance.
+ Observing user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products.
+ Developing technical documentation to guide future software development projects.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree plus twelve (12) years of experience.
+ DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level-II Certification within six (6) months of commencing work on the Task Order.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Software Development or related discipline.
+ Seven (7) years of position-specific relevant experience.
+ Experience in an Agile development environment.
+ Relevant industry standard certifications.
**Clearance Requirements:**
+ Must be a US Citizen with a current/active TS clearance and SCI eligibility.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
+ Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
+ The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
