**How you’ll make an impact in this role**

+ Direct daily operations, clinical workflows, and patient care delivery across the unit, maintaining strict compliance with medical, legal, and ethical healthcare standards.

+ Oversee key clinical activities—including assessment, care planning, and service level determinations—while driving patient satisfaction and resolving complex complaints.

+ Lead end-to-end workforce planning, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and ongoing staff development to maintain high clinical standards.

+ Establish departmental goals aligned with organizational priorities; build, monitor, and manage the unit budget to ensure fiscal responsibility and resource optimization.

+ Direct internal and external audit processes to ensure continuous survey readiness and adherence to regulatory requirements.

**What minimum requirements you’ll need**

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

+ Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

+ BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.

Education:

+ Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.

+ Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.

Work Experience:

+ 5 years of experience required.

+ 10 years of experience preferred.

+ 2 years of leadership or management experience required.

+ 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
