**Job Description**
The Controls and Avionics Solutions (CAS) Aftermarket organization supports the MAS and GIS business areas by managing and facilitating repairs for military flightcontrol hardware used both domestically and internationally. We are seeking a highly driven Operations Program Manager (OPM) to join our team and support our most critical and highvisibility programs.
In this role, you will work crossfunctionally across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and program teams to help expedite and resolve complex repair challenges. You will be responsible for building creative, actionable repair plans and then driving execution, communication, and delivery of those plans to ensure customer commitments are met.
+ Serve as the primary operations point of contact for our largest and most critical aftermarket programs.
+ Develop, communicate, and execute strategic repair plans to accelerate returntoservice timelines.
+ Collaborate closely with crossfunctional stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, remove roadblocks, and keep repair activities on track.
+ Lead coordination across internal teams and suppliers to ensure alignment on priorities, schedules, and constraints.
+ Present repair status, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to leadership and customers.
+ Quickly become a subject matter contributor who makes an immediate positive impact on program performance.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex issues and solutions.
+ Demonstrated problemsolving abilities and a track record of driving resolution in fastpaced environments.
+ Foundational understanding of electronics manufacturing processes.
+ Ability to read and interpret contracts, specifications, and engineering drawings.
+ Familiarity with manufacturing Bills of Materials (BOMs) and repair workflow structures.
+ Proven ability to work crossfunctionally and influence without direct authority.
+ Selfstarter mindset with the ability to quickly assess issues, propose solutions, and take action.
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ 4 year degree preferably in engineering or a related field
+ Experience working in an aftermarket/repairs environment
+ Experience with electronics manufacturing
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $88189 - $149922
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
