Jr. Program Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Program Analyst to work onsite at Eglin Air Force Base in support of the Air Force Research Lab Munitions Directorate. In this role you will:

+ Perform program control related duties

+ Assist with milestone tracking

+ Analyze performance including comparison of actual results against planned results

+ Support the development, interpretation of program financial data to input into monthly reports

+ Help to gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts

+ Prepare reports of findings and recommendations to management

+ Help to develop and create SOP documentation for systems and procedures to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ BS/BA degree in Business, Finance or other relevant area

+ Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ 1-3 Years of relevant experience

+ Air Force or DoD experience

+ Program control and analysis experience

+ Ability to understand and accurately translate financial information for a general audience

+ Current Secret Level Security Clearance

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $43920 - $74700

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
