Job Description

Responsibilities

Prepares, serves, and sells high quality coffee and refreshments in a customer-focused venue
Responsible for preparation of gourmet food items and artful display / merchandising to promote refreshment sales
Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other employees regardless of cultural background.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Certification as a Food Service Manager by the Northern Kentucky Health Department within six (6) months of employment / promotion
Proven track record in customer service
