Responsibilities
- Prepares, serves, and sells high quality coffee and refreshments in a customer-focused venue
- Responsible for preparation of gourmet food items and artful display / merchandising to promote refreshment sales
- Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other employees regardless of cultural background.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Certification as a Food Service Manager by the Northern Kentucky Health Department within six (6) months of employment / promotion
- Proven track record in customer service
