As a Sr Program Specialist here at Honeywell, you'll be the operational backbone for building technology projects, including **Building Management Systems, HVAC Controls, Security, CCTV, and Life Safety Systems** . You'll expertly navigate the complete project lifecycle, from initial pre-sales and development through delivery and close-out for our ongoing customer and product support initiatives.

You will report directly to our **Sr Program Manager** and you’ll work out of our **Duluth, GA** location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, Your expertise in estimation, contract review, budgeting, and cost controls will be critical in streamlining processes, enhancing performance, and achieving successful outcomes.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Managing project charters, risk plans, schedules, and financial targets for successful delivery.

+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams on scope, objectives, and deliverables.

+ Review contracts and estimates to ensure compliance and accuracy.

+ Monitor program performance, budgeting, and cost controls, providing regular updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership.

+ Financial forecasting, working capital control, and delivering the committed P&L.

**YOU MUST HAVE**

+ 5+ years of experience in program or project management experience in building automation systems or data centers or construction, with a focus on estimation, project execution and budgeting.

+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

+ Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

+ Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
