THE WORK:
+ You'll manage construction projects and programs involving fiber optic systems and low voltage telecom/security, ideally within data center environments.
+ You'll review construction documents to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility.
+ You'll lead internal and external cross-functional teams and partners to develop project scopes, plans, budgets, and schedules.
+ You'll deliver large-scale projects on time and on or under budget, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
+ You'll manage vendor relationships and apply best practices from the design and construction industry, including fast-track design-build processes, contracts, and documentation.
+ You'll gather requirements, organize resources, prioritize tasks, and drive project schedules to meet objectives within budget.
+ You'll identify and manage risks, respond to change requests and RFIs, develop RFPs, schedule and forecast costs, report on project status, handle procurement, and negotiate with contractors and vendors.
+ You'll apply deep knowledge of fiber optic testing standards and equipment to ensure system integrity and performance.
+ Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
+ With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
$90,000 - $160,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, networks, or a related field is preferred.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience focused on managing telecommunications, low-voltage and fiber-optics construction scopes of work.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
+ Experience with fiber optics, low-voltage telecom, and security systems
+ Experience in data centers or mission-critical environments preferred
+ Strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management
+ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings for network infrastructure projects
+ Certifications such as BICSI, RCDD, RTPM, or PMP are highly desired
+ Strong problem-solving abilities to identify issues and propose effective solutions
+ Good verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and vendors
+ Ability to work well within a team environment while also being capable of taking initiative when necessary
