Business Analyst ADM

**CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analyst ADM opening for our client in Dallas, TX.**

**Location:** Dallas, TX

**Duration:** 10 months

**Duties:**

+ Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business needs of stakeholders, including customers and end users.

+ Collaborate with project sponsors to define project scope and vision.

+ Clearly identify project stakeholders and establish customer classes along with their key characteristics.

+ Define the scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to determine project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.

+ Work with stakeholders and project teams to prioritize collected requirements.

+ Participate in QA processes to ensure features and functions are enabled and optimized as intended.

+ Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, clarity, feasibility, and alignment with business goals.

+ Support Agile Development Methodologies and actively contribute to agile ceremonies and documentation.

**Skills:**

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement capabilities

+ Ability to document and communicate requirements clearly and effectively

+ Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite and business analysis tools

**Experience:**

+ Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly within ADM (Application Development & Maintenance) environments

+ Demonstrated success in Agile Development Methodologies

+ Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and QA processes

**Education:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
