Apple is looking for a Business Transformation Program Lead to reimagine our Sales and Sales Finance business processes. You will be responsible for driving cross-functional teams to implement new ways of working in the investment management space. To start, you will be focused on a work stream designed to streamline how we capture reseller promotional consumer offer data, with the goal of helping Apple better understand demand drivers. This data is a critical driver to some of our AI initiatives, as well as future channel investment decisions.
**Description**
You will be charged with developing deep business expertise in this space so you can show up as an expert in any room you are in. You will co-own the business, process and product vision in this space with business and technical counterparts. Relationship management, influence, communication, organization, prioritization and the ability to orchestrate numerous cross functional teams to execute across multiple tracks simultaneously will be critical to success.
This impactful role blends program management, business product ownership, and process innovation and is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of influence, championing big ideas, systems thinking, and execution.
You will be charged with aligning a team of functional experts (SMEs) across Sales, Sales Finance, and Technology to identify bottlenecks, design scalable solutions, and lead initiatives from concept to measurable outcomes quickly and efficiently. You will be responsible for defining high-impact goals, breaking them into actionable work streams, and driving successful delivery.
Regular international travel may be required, as in-person collaboration is critical to understanding local workflows and ensuring practical, scalable process design. Additionally, flexibility to work across different time zones to support, and collaborate with globally distributed stakeholders is essential.

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ **Experience & Subject-Matter Expertise**
+ **8+ years experience in sales finance or project management, program management, business process transformation, product ownership or operations, preferably within Sales Finance functions.**
+ **Work Style**
+ **Self-motivated, with demonstrated critical thinking and creative problem solving skills.**
+ **Ability to learn complex processes in a dynamic work environment on a steep learning curve.**
+ **Comfortable with global hours, frequent international travel and in-person collaboration with local teams.**
