**Description**

In this role, you will drive the development of Siri’s Execution and Agentic platform that powers all Siri requests across all Apple devices. You will partner with many organizations in- and outside of Siri to gather requirements and lead the teams through evolving the platform to support the ever increasing complexity of Siri capabilities.

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ 10+ years of engineering management experience, involving mentoring of individual contributors (ICs) both as engineers, but as possible future leaders

+ Experience building on-device (handset or others) infrastructure

+ Comfort with ambiguity in projects and evolving requirements

+ Proven track record of developing a product vision, achieving cross-functional alignment and executing on it

+ Ability to empathize with client teams and to appreciate their needs

+ Proven ability to translate requirements from design to implementation, both independently and within larger teams

+ Demonstrated ability to actively manage team performance and take ownership of driving outcomes

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in computer science or a related field

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Experience with Swift and its capabilities
