**Description**

As a member of the team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a team of highly skilled engineers and scientists to bring new experiences to Apple products. This position requires a self-motivated algorithm engineer with strong technical and interpersonal skills to handle responsibilities including:

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ MS/PhD in Computer Science, Math, Robotics or related field

+ Strong software engineering background

+ Ability to break down large features and implement practical solutions

+ Curiosity about new technologies, flexibility, and openness to ambiguity

+ Proficiency with modern ML approaches (LLMs, Diffusion Models, etc.) as well as traditional ML methods (Linear Regression, Decision Trees, etc.)

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Strong proficiency with classical robotic algorithms (optimization, graph search, etc.)

+ Strong applied math background (e.g., graphics, vision, optimization, controls, or planning)

+ Familiarity with the full robotics stack (controls, perception, motion planning, etc.)

+ Familiarity with Swift and Apple developer tools
