Our Corporate Law team supports a global business with complex governance, securities, and compliance obligations. Together with our team, you'll provide the critical support needed to ensure we meet our public company obligations with precision and foresight—while also serving as an innovation champion for the legal team, identifying and scaling AI-powered workflows that transform how we operate.

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal with deep governance and securities expertise and a forward-thinking approach to legal technology. This role will manage the most sensitive corporate, securities, and governance matters while identifying opportunities to automate workflows, evaluate AI/ML legal tools, and build scalable processes that free our team for strategic work.

+ Deep knowledge of SEC regulations, proxy rules, SOX compliance, and Section 16 reporting.

+ Proven experience with corporate governance platforms (Workiva, EDGAR Next, Diligent Boards).

+ Strong organizational skills, document management focus, and proofreading discipline.

+ Strong experience supporting public company corporate administration, including board and shareholder meetings, corporate filings, and certifications, ideally at both a top-tier law firm and in-house.
