**Description**

The NPI Capacity Program Management team is a high impact team that provides leaders critical insights that drive decision-making and execution for Apple's largest businesses including iPhone. The team works on critical projects such as defining product sourcing strategy, producing long term capacity plans, providing guidance for NPI launch volume and influencing NPI capital expenditure planning.

On a day to day basis the team plays a meaningful role in defining and driving strategic and operational priorities as well as improvements across the product ops organization. Individuals on this team are analytically savvy, adept at ambiguous problem solving and have a commitment to engage and seek maximum impact.

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or related field. Post-grad degree in engineering or economics preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Supply chain planning or operations experience related to development and optimization of NPI capacity needs. Industry experience preferred.

+ Demonstrated experience with scenario planning and serving as business point of contact for data intensive work-streams spanning multiple cross-functional teams

+ Experience managing day-to-day calls and relationships with OEMs tied to supplier capabilities and recommending different sets of solutions

+ Self starter with strong analytical and communication skills
