The Home Hardware EPM team drives the development of hardware sub-systems for new Home products, typically from architecture definition to mass production. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine technical depth with program management skills and executive exposure.

Home HW EPM is responsible for leading a broad cross-functional team in developing Home hardware products, leveraging a solid engineering background to recognize, assess, and communicate cross-functional issues and risks. Maintain good communication and provide multiple levels of status to individual contributors and executive management.

+ BS degree in Engineering required; Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred

+ 3+ years of experience in hardware engineering or operations program management

+ Proven ability to effectively manage factory build events and vendor relationships

+ Ability to manage complex build matrices and detailed build planning schedules

+ Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities

+ Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles and constant change; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty

+ Experience interfacing with cross-functional teams including Systems Engineering, Mechanical design, Software/Firmware, Reliability, and Operations.
