Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. **Description**
As an Administrative Assistant within Apple Store Online, you are the right hand and partner to your leaders on the Digital Experience and Merchandising Team. You play a central role, connecting teams and managing key information. You have the ability to see around corners, as you anticipate needs and problem solve effectively. You are organized and a strategic thinker that can make the right decisions that support your leader’s priorities. You are a team player that works collaboratively with other Administrative Assistants on the Apple Store Online team, across Retail and Apple.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 5+ years supporting high-level executives with administrative support including strategic calendar prioritization, event planning, travel logistics, expense reporting and project management, or equivalent experience
+ Experience providing high-level administrative support to executives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with extraordinary attention to detail
+ Experience working effectively in a highly matrixed organization across time zones
+ Proficiency with Apple Calendar, Apple Mail, Apple Keynote, Quip, Slack, and other office systems

+ Demonstrated ability to take initiative, build trust and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
+ Extraordinary organizational, time management and administration skills with an exceptional response rate, solutions-oriented approach and relentless tenacity

+ Proven ability to handle confidential business matters with discretion while remaining calm and confident under pressure
