**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Systems Engineer (PNT)** to join our team in **Crane, IN.** This is a 100% on-site position.
This role will be providing mission critical PNT engineering expertise to NAVSEA/SOCOM engineering efforts.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Applies engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate military weapons systems.
+ Reviews and prepares engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation.
+ Applies engineering experience to perform functions such as system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management.
+ Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, tests, or evaluates software, components, or systems related to engineering or functional requirements of military weapons systems.
+ Assist in equipment operation and data collection during the support of field events
+ Analysis of system modifications effectiveness in comparison to performance metrics
+ Develop test plans into test cases
+ Travel up to 25% within the continental United States
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ MS/MA degree in Engineering or Engineering Discipline
+ 10+ years of experience performing work in the Systems Engineering field
+ Familiarity with Precision, Navigation, Timing (PNT) aspects, to include M-Code, IMU, INS, clocks
+ 5+ years of experience managing critical engineering tasking in support of technical reviews (CDR/PDR, TRR, RRE, etc.)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience supporting Alternate PNT systems
+ 3+ years of experience briefing Senior Military and Civil Service personnel
+ Experience supporting NAVSEA/SOCOM engineering efforts
**Clearance Requirements:**
+ U.S. Citizen and possess an active current Top-Secret clearance, with ability to obtain SCI eligibility
**Physical Requirements:**
+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
+ Occasionally move about inside the laboratory environment to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
