RF Spectrum Technician Analyst

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **RF Spectrum Technician Analyst** to join our team working in **Crane, IN.**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Participation as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings

+ Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data related to systems testing and product programs

+ Participation in ground tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) collection simulations to successfully perform technology assessments and evaluations in support of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) community

+ Track program/project status and schedules

+ Development of organization and project level processes, standards, and procedures

+ Development, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project technical requirements and performance

+ CONUS travel is required, up to 25% annually

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ 3+ years of experience in ISR Collection and project management or management analysis

+ Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline; a High School Diploma and 9+ years of experience OR an Associate’s Degree in a technical or business discipline and 7+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree

+ Ability to conduct briefings to Military & Civil Service personnel

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience with Telecommunications

+ Experience drafting test plans, supporting test events, and drafting test reports

+ Basic knowledge of DoD Command and Control (C2) systems, platforms, and components, including sensor systems and communication systems

**Clearance Requirements:**

+ Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current or active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

**Physical Requirements:**

+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

+ Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
