CTG’s long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years is seeking a Facilities Project Lead III for a contract opportunity. This role is ideal for an experienced engineering project leader with strong capital project management, facilities infrastructure, and cross-functional leadership experience.

**Pay Rate:** Based on experience
**Work Hours:** M-F 8am-5pm
**Education:** BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent engineering discipline required; MS degree preferred
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead capital projects, facility renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and process improvement initiatives
+ Manage projects through initiation, planning, execution, and closeout
+ Develop project scopes, schedules, estimates, budgets, and business case documentation
+ Coordinate with engineering teams, facility leadership, contractors, and EPCM partners
+ Present project financials, status updates, and recommendations to leadership
+ Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to technical and operational challenges
+ Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met
+ Support equipment installation, commissioning, and facility improvement activities
**Required Qualifications**
+ Minimum 5+ years of engineering and project leadership experience
+ Strong experience with project estimating, scheduling, and cost control
+ Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and organizational skills
+ Experience applying structured problem-solving methods such as PMBOK, DMAIC, or Kepner-Tregoe
+ Ability to work onsite and collaborate across cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ PMI or Professional Engineering (PE) certification
+ Experience with facility operations, design, or infrastructure projects
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, SharePoint, and related collaboration tools
+ Experience with equipment installation and commissioning
